How to manage the intergenerational diversity of your work team?

We developed a strategy to optimize the talent attraction model based on the intergenerational complementarity of the teams, high-level executives, the team and interns found a space for collaboration and synergy.

The talent attraction model was co-created with L earn by Doing and Design Thinking methodologies  in a way included an intergenerational training program It will encourage innovation and allow Banco Santander to understand the labor needs of the new generations under a replicable attraction and recruitment model that connects the ideal potential talent with the offer that the bank offers them.

IMPACT

The strategy showed the importance of considering integration actions not only of the new talents but of their link with the mentors of new generations. It became one of the iconic projects with the highest level of attention.

 

This project was the benchmark for Human Resources presented at Santander Spain
